My last post announced a temporary pause of my daily blog posts to try to improve my blogging process. In the one day of process improvement work so far, I decided to change the plan.
While in the “pause period”, I will now blog every other day. On the days when I’m not blogging, I will work on improving my blogging process. Doing this, I can continue to put out new posts and simultaneously test if my process improvements are actually reducing the time required per post.
Finally, the other action I’ve committed to from yesterday’s process improvement session is: At the end of each day’s blogging or process improvement session, I will pre-decide and document what I will work on the next day.
